Under the supervision of the SUCO Country Representative (Honduras), the Organizational development specialist volunteer will provide support to a partner organization to strengthen its organizational capacities and internal management. The mandate will aim to foster the alignment of the organization's structure, culture, processes, and staff capacities with its mission and strategic objectives. Volunteers contribute to the organizational strengthening of local counterparts through a proximity approach. In this context, the volunteer will work with the partner organization virtually.
Sous la supervision de la représentation pays de SUCO (Honduras), le collaborateur ou la collaboratrice spécialisé·e offrira un accompagnement à une organisation partenaire afin de renforcer ses capacités organisationnelles et sa gestion interne. Le mandat visera à favoriser l'alignement de la structure, de la culture, des processus et des capacités du personnel avec la mission et les objectifs stratégiques de l'organisation. Les volontaires contribuent au renforcement organisationnel des partenaires locaux par une approche de proximité. Dans ce contexte, le ou la volontaire travaillera avec l'organisation partenaire de manière virtuelle.
