Crossroads International offers volunteer placements as part of the Volunteer Cooperation Program (VCP) financed by Global Affairs Canada. Overseas volunteers support long-term partnerships between Crossroads, partner organizations in sub-Saharan Africa and partners in Canada. Criteria for selection are defined on a placement-by-placement basis to meet the expressed needs of the local partner organizations with whom we work. Placements are varied in their focus, from developing information and communications capabilities to supporting the growth of fair trade cooperatives.
